Research on Knowledge Sharing of E-government Based on Automatic Ontology Mapping

Knowledge sharing is a key problem to be solved in E-government development. The knowledge sharing in E-government exhibits several features: complex, open and extensible. Ontology has been studied to provide semantic information to assist knowledge sharing among heterogeneous governmental information. Ontology mapping is a mechanism of ontologies integration by identifying how different ontologies are mapped and related. Based on these features this article discusses the problem of E-government and proposes a Knowledge Sharing Framework based on the Semantic Service Agent (SSA). Furthermore the methods of automatic ontology mapping of e-government ontologies using Semantic Similarity are discussed.
